issues with Weatherbug Elite

Everytime I open it up, my keyboard keeps popping up with it and I cannot click on anything... it seems to be stuck. I bought it from my phone on the blackberry app world and cannot figure out how to get support on it or if i uninstall it how do i reinstall it.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi!

Anytime random strange behaviors creep in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

 

Support for the app is from the app developer -- their contact information should be either inside of the app or inside of the description in app world.

 

If you uninstall, it is probably best (though not necessary from what I've so far found) to do so from within MyWorld. Then, to re-install, just do so also from MyWorld...see this section of the app world user guide:
