my black berry curve 9320 BBM stuck on blue loading screen

I constantly try to get my BBM to work but nothing I do works , I tried to research a possable solution but I have also failed. I am requesting some assistance on this issues due to the fact that I an not the only person facing this issue since the last BBM update .

Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are experiencing with BBM.

 

Try reinserting your battery and performing a "Register Now" in the Host Routing Table as shown here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB00014

 

Test accessing BBM once again. If you continue to experience the same issue, please contact your mobile service provider to verify your data service plan is configured correctly.
