new bbm version

I downloaded the new bbm version and it didn't work for 3 days , i deleted it, then re installed it again from the app world) and the massage clearly stated that the installation is completed. on my bb a massage says "Associating BBM with your blackberry ID" , and now an hour had passed and nothing happened and the massage is still there. Device:9900 Please help!! Nana

Whenever a process hangs like that, it's always a good idea to do a battery pull.  Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.
