Hi, i have a z10 and i am having the same problem where when I open the app world, it says an error has occurred please try again later. I have tried the above mentioned solutions and they have not worked for me, could you kindly assist me in solving this problem! I would be extremely grateful if this can be solved. Thanks

you have read the 400 messages above yours and tried all in them?

I have seen the KB links for all and they relate to older versions of BlackBerry Os, whatever I could do with those instructions I did but they didn't work, and the more recent solutions which could relate to the z10, did not work either..

A lot of people will get this message appear numerous times. THis is ussually from the WiFi connection. Make sure your router is working and you are connected to the wifi 100%! If you are and this is still happening then make sure your username and password are correct. If the problem persists then try uninstalling the program and reinstall it again :smileyhappy:

Hi, and I think you're right it mostly will come down to the user's wifi connection.

Help! I deleted my appworld coz its not working. Now I'm re installing it I cannot download either.
