trouble with the new bbm!

I downloaded the new bbm last night, unfortunately I cannot access it due to not having wifi and having forgotten my blackberry I D password. I have tried to reset my password but the website given 'www.blackberry.com/blackberryid requires your old password to reset it, and also there are problems with this webpage. I need to use my bbm though! What can I do?

I had a similar problem a few days ago.  I had to do a security wipe and re-install all my apps, and while I was at it, I just re-registered for a new Blackberry ID.  Don't know if this helps you
