whatsapp

can anyone please tell me the solution for the problem                                                                                                                  

i am using blackberry bold 9000 and having full bis plan but my whatsapp is not working.

but whatsapp works with wifi 

i have tried lot of things but could not find the solution .

Try this if WhatsApp still will not work on data only:

    Contact your mobile provider and ask them about different access point settings to run chat apps.
    They will guide you through a process in which you will manually configure your data network and web settings.

well i have also called my network provider they are saying evrything is fine from there side and the links you have snd me i have tried before but they did not work

Another option is to contact whatsapp support and log a support ticket.

something between them and tmobile isn't working.  I feel as though you're getting the runaround.  I think its a tmobile issue because the app works over WiFi.  Has it ever worked?  You may have to escalate to tmobile second level support.
