BlackBerry service transition from BPOS to Office 365

Does anyone know what happens to BlackBerries when we are transitioned from BPOS to Office 365? Microsoft has informed us via email that we should prepare to transition.

 

Microsoft has stated our BlackBerries will not work after the transition and we should contact their partner RIM.

 

I assume we will have to use BlackBerry Business Cloud services. It is unclear if BBCS is still in beta or ready for production.

 

When Microsoft moves us from BPOS to Office 365 how do we get our BlackBerries working again?
