Can't add users to a new Blackberry Business Cloud account

I've just signed up for Blackberry Business Cloud service from my Office 365 account.  When I try to add the first user (myself) I get this error:  

 

"The BlackBerry Administration Service cannot find the records you were looking for. Verify the search criteria you specified and try again."

 

I have tried searching using both my email address and my name, and also filling in both fields and leaving both fields blank, but nothing is working, I get the same error each time.

 

Is there a delay when I first sign up for Blackberry Business Cloud before I can start adding Blackberry handhelds to it?

You are automatically created as a non-blackberry user when you first signed in. Click on manage users in the top left menu tree andyou should see yourself there. Click on your name and at the bottlm of the screen should be an option to enable yourself as a blackberry user.
