Sequence of events:
1) I've set a small biz up on Office 365.
2) Enabled the Blackberry Cloud Services.
3) Added a BB user from the O365 organization to the BB Cloud Services.
4) Generated an Activation email for the user.
5) He never received the activation email. I've confirmed the msg was not in his mailbox anywhere, and resent the activation email a few times.
6) Within the BB Cloud Services portal, I deleted the user, thinking I'd re-add and try again.
Now, the BB Cloud Services portal doesn't seem to see the user at all. I cannot search for him in order to create the new RIM user. If I leave the search field blank and search for all users from the O365 environment, the other O365 users appear, but the user I previously deleted from RIM does not show up.
How can I get the BB user back?
Any idea why the activation email was never recieved? Can I view a trace of the email somewhere?
