I am setting up a new user on a device using BES 4.0. The user has never had a device before, therefore has never been setup on the server before. The device however has been used by a previous user. I have tried to set the device up for the new user and it get stuck at the Activating ...Contacting server...
The first time that it time out I though that the user was deleting the message from the server, so I check and then have not. I verified with them that they are not opening the message at all. Then I tried again and the same thing happened. At that point I figure that it might be the device, so I used the same device and set it up for myself just to check. The process went through no problem. I also setup the device for a second individual and the process also went through with no problem.
I deleted my information and then tried to setup the new user again. The process got stuck at Activating .... Contacting server just for this one user. I have even tried setting them up on another device and received the same issues.
Can anyone give me any advice? Thanks is advance.
