Here is what I have done:
1. BB was working fine with Enterprise
2. Upgraded to 7.0 Bundle 2406
3. BIS stopped working
4. Did a Security Wipe
5. When I go to Email Accounts option I do not see "Enterprise Activation". It just take me to the screen to enter password for email
Can you please help

you dont have a BES dataplan and device registed to BIS before you could do it.
there is an activation app in appworld that can help
