every time i try to add user name and password it took time and after long time say , canot connect to server ,
when i try to find enterprise again i cant find it and i must wipe my device to find it again.
please try to assist as i think that thier is a firwall prevent me to add my biz email.

For the first you must to check is your server is connected to SRP. Second you must check is on your SIM is BES or BIS service run (check with your operator).
If you have BES there is a chance to activate your HandHeld on BES and BESX, but of you have BIS there is no chance to activate on BES only on BESX.
you can try to check on your HandHeld in Service Status to whitch service you are connected to.
