Moving from inhouse to 365, have 13 varied Blackberries. Ran Enterprise Activation on 7 last week without a hitch. This week I have tried a couple of 8330's & they both stop at 50-51%. I created a new empty mailbox, same thing. One of the 7 last week was an 8330 of a similar vintage. Of course one of these belongs to the company president. Anyone have any clues what I can do?
Well I just tried a new 9370 with an empty mailbox & it gives me Synchronization timed out, so I'm attempting to give RIM $250. Also easier said than done.
