I'm using BBCS for MS 365 and I'm dealing with a lot of problems when I try to activate my BB devices. Yesterday the portal was all day down and I don't know if my problem is related with that.
when I try to activate my BB I get a message that says "The Blackberry Enterprise server has not responded to your activation request".
I receive the mails from email@example.com with the .dat attached, so I don't understand what's going on.
Last week I was able to activate users with no problem.
Does anyone have the same issue?
