We are in process of migrating to O365 and assessing the number of CALs, SRPs, cost, etc... and my question is typically, how many users will be supported by one SRP?
As long as you are on the E plan rather then P plan then BBCS is included in the cost - there is no additional need to buy licenses etc. from memory I think the E plan supports up to 50,000 users.
If you are on the P plan then BBCS is not available.
