I wanted to get some help / advice on this issue.
I am an office 365 administrator, and we recently activated a user's blackberry for BES via the Blackberry Business Cloud Services. Now the user is unable to respond to emails from @gmail.com and @telus.net accounts, yet he can forward emails received from those domains. We verified that his Blackberry is activated correctly on BES and that he can sent emails out from his Blackberry, but not to certain domains. It seems his abillity to send to other Office 365 accounts is not impacted at all (emails go through just fine).
We have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
1. rebooting his phone (good old battery pull).
2. removing and re adding his account on BES
3. verified his device is infact talking to the BES server correctly (last contact date and time are current)
3. verifying he can send to @telus.net and @gmail.com accounts via outlook normally
This issue is occuring now for the second day and we need some advice please.
