Simple question:
Is there a manual how to migrate 70 BlackBerry users connected to BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express to BlackBerry Enterprise Cloud Services?
We are migrating all 400 mailboxes in one weekend, and all 70 Blackberry users need their phone during the migration weekend and need it reconfigured right after the migration. Is there a way to "move" them from BES to BECS? Or does a migration involve wiping the device and reconfiguring it?
Also, if a wipe is necessary, how do we create a backup of 70 phones and restore the backup after reactivation in the cloud?
