Not able to link phone to user. Using Office 365 and black berry business cloud



I'm currently trying to link my phone.


I'm using Microsoft Office 365 and have an account created in BlackBerry business cloud. I see the mail coming into my email box with the ETP.DAT files in them, when I try to activate thru the activation process on the blackberry. But the phone isn't able to find the server.


Can some one help me?
