Office 365 BB activation

Hi,

 

I have a few users that are unable to activate their phones.

 

They are stuck at the "Contacting server..." screen.

 

They receive the ETP message but eventually the phone times out and says it is unable to connect to the Enterprise server.

 

Are there currently some issues with activating Office 365 users?

if they get the etp message then that user is not started yet

 

does it work after a day or so?

Hi Knottyrope,

 

I can only get it to work by removing the users from BB and adding them again.

 

But this needs to be done a few times before it works.

 

There doesn't seem to be a definite solution to get it to work in the first try.

 

I managed to activate 30 users without any hickups in December, so it's quite strange that I can't add these users normally.
