When using Office 365 in the past we enabled the BB service then added users. However now it seems with any new company we set up in office 365, once the BB service is enabled, there is no option to "Add Users" under the
"User" section. Just a link to Manage Users and a link to sign up to business cloud professional services.
It says "Sign-up now Required before users can be added - Payment Required"
I followed that link and the fee is $2,500...

This used to be a free service no? Assuming is it still free, where on earth is the add users button gone?

many thanks for moving to the correct forum.
I've tried to remove the BB service from office 365, wait an hour and re-add it. It's the same problem with the missing create a user link.
Is there any direct phone or email support to RIM one can avail of? The server is msft17 by the way.

to anyone with the same issue - you now need to wait 48 hours for the option to create a user to appear.
