Office 365 and Blackberry Cloud

Had a user successfully using the 'Beta' of the service on a Bold 9790, then the system went live....

User complained of loss of email sync, so took the decision to re-activate and have been struggling for a few days now. As another user says, most of the support links lead you to non-cloud related support pages and cannot appear to get to speak to Blackberry.

COME ON BLACKBERRY WHAT IS GOING ON...

All other users are on iOS that just works with Office 365, now I know these work on different technology, but it doesn't make it easy to keep the BB user happy - and he is the owner of the company.

Could somebody from blackberry please address the obvious issues that appear to have come about when the system was switched from Beta to being a Live service.

Re: Office 365 and Blackberry Cloud

I'm in the exact same boat. We were users during the beta and one Blackberry bold 9700 activated and worked fine. We started having problems yesterday, I removed the user, re-added and have been unsuccessful activating or syncing for 36 hours. I've gotten activation successful then sync to hang at 11%, wiped the device numerous times, all to no avail. The user is going out of town tomorrow so I'm having to restort to BIS.

Not to mention I have another user on the Torch 9800 which has never been able to activate on BusinessCloud. I've spent hours on the phone with Blackberry support who finally have sent us a replacement phone.

It sounds like Blackberry is very overloaded and unable to support this many users in their new web server. You're right, iPhones, iPads, Android phones, all sync perfectly to Office365 with the option to remote wipe, security, etc... Come on Blackberry. Just give us Activesync.

Re: Office 365 and Blackberry Cloud

I hope there is some sort of monitoring services that they will provide, to make supporting users easier. Since there is no access to log files, services, or connection status to O365 available, it makes it impossible to assist users.
