Our company is slated to convert over to Office365 early this month. We have a locally hosted BES and a newly created Cloud BES. We have been told that creating the user accounts in the Cloud BES and sending the BB users new activation codes is all that is needed after shutting down the local BB server.
We tested this with one device and it did not work.
We are using the same domain on both servers.
What points a BB to a particular server?
We need to know that our BB users are going to have full connectivity to their email prior to switching as that is a mission critical resource for the company.
Has anyone been through a similar scenario?
