Unreliable connectivity?

Hello,

We are part of the beta program and have migrated roughly 100 people into the cloud services.

The last few days we acperience more and more problems with the reliability of the service? To be more specific messages are no longer synced to the device. They are in the user's mailbox but do not become available on the balckberry.

Anyone else experiencing this problem and having found a solution?

Regards,

Eric

Re: Unreliable connectivity?

Hi there,

I faced a similar situation where emails are no longer sent to the BB phones. Logged a case and got a reply from BB support - the fix worked for me. Though now I have another situation where newly created users are in a constant state of "initializing".

The email I got from Support was

Failed to resolve name: AsyncRequestException - The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user.

This matches the following KnowledgeBase article:

Article Name: BlackBerry Business Cloud Services for Microsoft Office 365 - User failing on start on EWS Adapter due to impersonation issue Article Number: KB28963
