Wireless Activation

Hi,

 

We are subscribers of the Microsoft Office 365 Plan E3 and have a Blackberry 9780  and we're having a problem: Wireless Activation does not work.  Basically, we have no emails, contacts, calendar, …  for a fews days already.  

 

We run the Enterprise Activation on the Blackberry, insert the email address and pwd sent through the "BlackBerry® Administration Service" - option "Generate an activation email" and after some minutes we get "The Blackberry enterprise server can not connect..." and repeats again and again...    Few weeks ago we were able to go a bit further, but the activation was stopping at 84%... but was OK because emails were working fine. Now, something happened sudently and we have no emails, contacts, notes....and the wirelss activation does not work anymore

 

Can someone help here please?  It seems other users are having the same problem in the last 48h:
