I have a BES server and now i am migrating to Bes Cloud. I need to migrate the user.
So, when i try to activate de user with the mail linking to Bes cloud server(m.outlook.com). I have this error:
"device could not be activated. Delete your Blackberry device data and try activating again"
Someone know, what is going on ? I do not want to delete the acount that is in the device, becuase the users have the mail that were recived before the migration.
In the cloude BES i can see the user and de pin.
I'm rockin the BlackBerry Passport, Z30, Z10, Q10, BlackBerry Mini Stereo Speaker, 64 gig PlayBook, BlackBerry Wireless Headset HS-700

you have to wipe to move to a new BES because the encryption keys are still present
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
