General BlackBerry® 10 Smartphone Functions and Features

Hello.

I have been unable to get my personal contacts into my Z10. I have created an Outlook account because it appears that gmail accounts wont upload or sync. I have also created a .csv file from my Outlook Contacts from within my mailbox. According to the info from Balckberry your contacts should all sync as soon as you have created the account.

Why am I having so much difficulty? Am I missing something obvious?

How do you share a contact? I have followed the help directions which says an icon should appear beside the contact but the icon won't appear when I hold the contact as directed by the help info. Is this a glitch?
