If you mean the left-side-pull HUB "peek" menu, then no...you cannot customize that. It is intended to give you a "peek" at everything you have integrated to your device. It is most useful when you have (like me) suppressed many of those from showing their items in the main HUB messages list. But, sadly, the peek menu cannot be sorted, grouped, or otherwise altered...I too wish that it could.
If the "peek" menu has two VM listings but you only have one voice account, then it may be erroneously duplicated. I've found in other areas, that if there is a duplicate like that, a standard batt-pull reboot can clear it.
