Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are experiencing with sending an SMS message to a specific contact.
As a test, try typing the full number including the area code within the 'To' field of a new SMS message and send. If it completes successfully and received by the intended recipient, the full number may not be listed within the contact you have saved and would need to be edited accordingly. If you are still unable to send to this individual, we suggest that you contact them to verify their service are currently active.
