I just joined this support forum - sorry if this has already been reviewed.
I'm using the Z10 and am dissapointed/frustrayted that I cant sync. Microsoft Outlook data as I previosuly did with my Bold... ie: contacts calendar and tasks.
Is this to be rectified soon or has it been and I've just missed it.\
I also need to know how to deleted all my cobtacts from the Z10 and re-upload them.

Agreed this is the hottest of the hot -- I went through the BB blog on wirelessly syncing Outlook Contacts etc. and this doesn't do it for me. I use the Shaw webmail ISP service for my email and the Active Sync between webmail and BB10 contacts seems to work OK in both directions (haven't fussed the calendar as yet). I reluctantly moved back to the Outlook client a while back mostly to get contact/calendar integration but these days I rely almost exclusively on my mobile calendar so I could re-visit that decision. But as long as I'm on Outlook I really need the local (presumably USB or wifi will do?) BB10 to Outlook synch -- if and when it arrives the BB10 contacts will likely be my preferred source with perhaps daily synchs to Outlook on my win 7 laptop
But that's my story and every one out there seems to be different!

Trying hard not to get too obsessed with this! Played around a bit more with the Active Sync from my BB10 to my ISP mail provider (Shaw) and confirmed that the 2 way contact and calendar synchronization works OK. Did the same testing with the family iPhone and can only get it to cooperate one way (push from ISP to iPhone and so far not in the other direction). So my missing piece is still the syncing of contact/calendar data on my laptop Outlook Client. There is probably a way of doing LDAP etc. from Outlook to the ISP but it's not worth the time an trouble to go there! So the occasional refresh of Outlook from BB10 or ISP is all that I need and maybe a later version of Link will get me there. Frankly I am so happy with messaging and calendaring on the BB10 so far that I am using my laptop less and less.
Last word on this! (Maybe)

My configuration is thus:
I use Outlook.com (via the Hotmail Connector, for Outlook clients...not required for Outlook2013 btw) as the interchange medium solely for Calendar and Contacts. I additionally have Gmail (grandfathered as EAS, IMAP otherwise) as my primary email on all of the above devices/Outlook configs. All works quite seamlessly for 2-way sync of Calendar, Contacts, and continuous reconciliation/synchronization of email between all devices.
There is one single exception that exists for the PlayBook and the Z10, but it is presently a minor annoyance and only presents in a very limited circumstance. Otherwise, all is quite seamless between all of those.

FYI...here are some instructions for the Outlook client portion, if you are interested:
When you configure to the Z10 for Outlook.com, just let the on-device wizard take care of it...it works correctly for that service...no need for the "Advanced" configuration screens.

Well I tried the Outlook.com route and lost myself in the Microsoft cloud! So I'm sticking to what I have working now -- local ISP server to BB10 which has worked flawlessly so far (oh Microsoft why can't you go there!) --and I refresh Outlook with periodic VCF dumps from my ISP. So I guess I'm with the chorus of requests asking BB to get the local Outlook to BB10 sync out there. If it's any consolation to BB fans the iPhone to Outlook integration doesn't seem to be any better.
