Can anyone tell me how to set up groups on the contacts list on the Z10??

It is not possible currently. It is a feature that has been requested.

Thanks for the help.  I seem to be having problems starting BBM and BB ID. Just got the phone and wondering if something wrong with the phone.??

If you're in Europe, AFrica or the Middle East, you could be having some server delays today in settting up the device on the BlackBerry network.
