has anyone come accross this same issue?

i have spent a few wasted hours now twice over linking all the contacts together face book , bbm, and sim card only for the next morning to have them all separated again spent another 3 hours linking them all together again and now again today they are all separated again.

so the only thing that i did was shut my phone off and charge it each time.

am i not waiting long enough for all the contacts to update?

or am i just missing a step or doing something wrong? i am hitting save that isnt the issue but the phone isnt saving the linked together contacts?

any help would be greatly appreciated!

so i tried one more time just did the A section of my contacts linked them all with their corosponding cntacts twitter facebook bbm.

Then about an hour later shut my pnone off then turned it back on all the contacts were separated again!

this is very frustrating and not sure what i am doing wrong?

can anyone help?

It only happened to me when I erased contact synchronization.

You should contact @blackberryhelp via Twitter.

I think your contacts are synched. Try turning of your wireless synchronization, check this out:

Just install BlackBerry protect to backup your data when there are changes made.

ya but this solution is for the desktop software

there is no menu key on the Z10 thank you for trying.

As an aside? how do you unlink?

click on the links at the bottom of the individual contact and it will bring up the screen with all the links and you can remove any you dont want and then save.
