That auto-bcc capability was not actually a function of your 9800. Rather, it was a function of the BIS service, which handled email between your email server and your 9800. With the Z10, there is no more BIS...so the functions BIS provided are not available.
Rather, the Z10 uses ActiveSync and should, depending on your email server, be able to place all of your sent items into the servers Sent Items folder...which would logically negate the need for an auto-bcc.
As you have found, there is presently no configuration place to insert an auto-bcc into the on-device email client. As to if that is a planned future enhancement, no one can actually reveal that except someone officially from BlackBerry -- and we all know how quickly they reveal things!

You need, I think to look at your AOL server folders rather than via the Outlook client interface. I have no idea how Outlook and AOL can interact...but, as before, there is no interaction between the BB and your Outlook client. Rather, they each use the server, and therefore depend on their own capabilities to reconcile with the server those things that they can. If, for example, AOL is IMAP, then Outlook should be able to reflect what AOL has for Sent Items. But, if AOL is configured POP, then it for sure will not be able to do that.
So, again, check your AOL server folders (via whatever webmail interface it may have). I have some recollection that AOL, similar to Gmail, does some strange things that perhaps Outlook just cannot deal with (different folder names or something like that). But, that's a vague recollection at best at this point.
That said, if the items sent from your Z10 are not anywhere in the email server folders, then perhaps there is a limitation of the Z10's ability to place Sent Items there. I know on Gmail, they get there correctly...but I've no idea about AOL.
