9/10 trys on password HELP please

so I've tried to back up my blackberry on the computer, and it asked for a password, so I put in my password, the one I use to get on to my blackberry, and it said it was wrong.. so now Im 9/10 of trys, and I can't even get onto my blackberry without it on the computer, I don't understand why it's saying my password is wrong. And I do NOT want to lose all of  the stuff on my phone. It says 'enter blackberry to continue' someone PLEASE help! thank you

If you can't recall your password then there is no option recover that. That's why it's always better have periodic back up of your device data.
