last year in March I bought a BB Torch 9860. This week it has turn off and cant be started again
The BB is still under warranty. My problem now is the shop, who is responsible in Germany for BB Service, doesnt exist anymore. To whom I have to turn now regarding the garantuee???

I would suggest doing a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320. Please test before restoring any data to the device.
