BB Torch Garantuee when the shop doesnt exist anymore



last year in March I bought a BB Torch 9860. This week it has turn off and cant be started again


The BB is still under warranty. My problem now is the shop, who is responsible in Germany for BB Service, doesnt exist anymore. To whom I have to turn now regarding the garantuee???

I would suggest doing a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320. Please test before restoring any data to the device.

If the BlackBerry smartphone is not detected by the BlackBerry Desktop Software please review the following article: 

How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader

If the issue still persists after the reload, further investigation might be required. To help further diagnose the cause, contact your wireless service provider or BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for further review and support.
