New berry 9380, Bouygues telecom. Won't even register the phone on the network so I can't set up BIS account etc.
Why is it so damned complicated? In England I just bought a berry, switched it on, followed the prompts and bingo. In France............AAAARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Where'd you buy it from, Bouygues? Does the Bouygues account have the full BIS data plan on it?
First thing I'd do is call them and confirm they have THE correct data plan. People make mistakes.

They could have actually sold you the correct data plan, and then not provisioned it yet.
