Blackberry ID issue

Hi all,

 

I have just updated my blackberry bold 9900 to new OS.

When I try now to log in to blackberry id I type the correct email and password and it doesn't work.

I also tried to recover my password and when I type my email it says that is not active.....

What should I do?
