Blacklisting of a lost bb

I lost my first bold 4 to the men of underworld. I later discovered that loss bb was in use, but I could not locate the phone through blackberry protect.

How can I blacklist the pin of a lost bb?

Please use plain text.

Report the device as stolen to your carrier.

Re: Blacklisting of a lost bb

I have approached my carrier, here is the response (that we will not be able to process your request as the service of device tracking/BlackBerry device PIN deactivation  is currently not available on the network.)

What can RIM do on this?

Hi ayoadio

Sorry you have to go through your Carrier and see if they are able to Blacklist that device ( Though all Carrier are not able to do this ). Please Check this Helpful Article :
