Bold 9900

Hi all I am new. I need assistance to unlock my device. I am up to the last  change  and it indicated that I will loose all my information...Is there anyway which this can be prevented or is there any othere way.PLEASE HELP!!

There is no workaround or backdoor to the security password requirement. You just have to get it right.
