Hello.
I have a new app and already restarted my Blackberry Curve9360. Now I can't move the app, because the menue reached over the Blackberry button doesn't appear. Please help me. I haven't found any answer in forums yet.

Just to be clear, when you restarted your phone was it powered on before you removed the battery?  Turning it off before a battery pull will not yield the same results.

I had the power on and then taken out my battery. Like you do for any other troubleshooting.

OK.  So you hover over the app icon and press the menu key and are not given the Move option, is that correct?

Some apps cannot be moved.  They are programmed to appear in a folder i.e. Downloads or Home and cannot be moved from there.  I suspect this might be the case.

For a positive answer to this question, you might have to contact the app developer directly but I suspect what I suggested might be the case here.

After a while, I'm back. I have many applications, which I can move according to the developer, but I still cannot. If I press the BB-Button nothing happens. Only the applications which were installed before I started using the phones let something appear when I press the BB-Button in the main menue
