Can't register blackberry on network

I have a new Q10 but my bbm is not working and I realized I didn't have the bb logo next to the reception bar. I have bb package service because my bbm works fine when i put the sim card in my bold 9900. I try to register the blackberry and all it says is "Registration requested". I took it to my service provider and they said all the settings are ok but they couldn't figure it out either. PLEASE HELP.

IT WON'T REGISTER. IT SAID "REGISTRATION REQUESTED' BUT IT WASN'T CONFIRMED AND DIDN'T REGISTER. WHAT CAN I DO NOW?
