We moved 6 users from a exchange 2003 enviroment to a 2010 enviroment and now they cant reply or forward on their blackberrys. Can recieve and send new messages.
3 are Sprint, 3 are Nextel
They all use OWA on their configuration and there is no BES in the equation.
2 users still on the old exchange.....no issues at all.
5 other branch locations made the same move onto the same 2010 server and they had no issues.......this is doesnt make sense at all.
Could there be a cached issue with the blackberry units for the email address?
Would a complete device wipe help?

remove the BIS conenction to OWA and remake it again.
it thinks the emails are still on teh old server.

Sprint/Nextel already did a soft reset with me; re-created email/connection.
Works okay with reply the their service account test email address.
Seems to be addresses that are in history that dont work.
Thats why I'm wondering if a complete wipe is the way to go or is it an exchange issue.

try a wiped device and see if it is ok, then you will know what to do.

I worked with Sprint today........blew up the phone back to new and setup email all over again.
Still cannot foward or reply.......so it's not the device.
Should I have them do a complete dlete of the BIS account on their systems??

BIS account will not affect BES.
Time to look at logs, start with MAGT, MDAT and Sync
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs
Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue
Please post back the log info minus personal info
to isolate an affected user on a static messaging agent , then look for the MAGT log for that agent (while trying to send/receive messages). The format you'll be looking for is:
BESName_MAGT_##_yyyymmdd_####.txt
Where the first pair of digits are the Agent ID you set.
