I have two Backberry car chargers.  One is a RIM7250VPC.  The other is a Model No. PSD05-050Q, Output DC 5V 500mA, Input 12/24V. 

Can I use them with my Motorola w755 phones?  They have the same type mini-USB connection.

I can't seem to be able to get a definitive answer from anyone.

are these two chargers designed to charge a Blackberry that can be charged with USB on a computer ?
can your Motorola w755 be charged with the USB port of a computer ?

if yes and yes, then you can use them for your Motorola.

I did have a problem once using a charger with a mini USB connection. It was because the output amperage was significantly lower than my device required therefore after charging for several hours there was no much increase in battery charge. As long as the outputs are the same voltage and similar amperage you should have no problems.
