My Blackberry has started beeping every 28 seconds for no apparent reason. I've already tried to remove my battery when the divice was on for a minute but it didn't solve my problem. Can anyone help me out?

Does your phone have a SIM card?  If it does, do a battery pull without it just to see if it still beeps.

If it doesn't have a SIM, does the beeping happen with all of your connections turned off?

You can also try safe mode to see if it still beeps:

Do a battery pull.  When the red light goes away on the front of the phone, hold down the back button the entire time while the phone is booting up.  When the boot is complete, the phone will enter safe mode.

Another option is to take it to the store so they can check it out.  That is strange though!

Yes it does. You're right, i did what you told me about the battery pull without the SIM card and the annnoying beep stopped. I really dont know why, but it worked. Thanks!
