I have a Torch 9860, and just completed another backup using BlackBerry Protect.

This is not my first backup, FYI.

And the strange this is every time I login to protect.blackberry.com, my device is not shown.

Maybe there's something wrong with my BlackBerry ID?

Yes maybe, try to see your BBID, is same as in your BB protect?

Yes, sure. My BB Protect ID and BB App World ID are same.
