Hi I have a problem, with my dial tone which when you call me you here the Jaws theme which I thought was a good idea at the time would love to know how to change it back to something that would be more pleasant to the caller.

 

Help please

That "caller ringtone" is not controlled by your BlackBerry, but your carrier, so login to your Virgin account on the web, and look for your "Caller Ringtones" section. It might be called something different on Virgin.
