I am not able to send replies to mails from my BB handset which are downloaded to my laptop. When I resend the defaulted message, it goes through.

Can you explain this in further detail? When you try to send a reply from the BB, what happens?

Hi Sanders, When I send a reply, it shows as undelivered with "Red X" and under message status it says that "mailbox could not find the original message, if forwarding or replying, please resend the message".. When I resend this undelivered message, it goes.
