Will the Firmware 10 be compatible with actual phones, in particular Curve 9380?

RIM has not said, but knowing what has been said already about the redesign of the hardware, it's not likely at all.

Because I bought a BB, suggested me by provider.
I bought it believing that BB had at least the major functionalities and apps of the competitor smartphones.
But God only know how much I was wrong...

It does.
So far you haven't mentioned any shortcomings you "believed" were functions which are not.
What functions are you looking for in your 9380?

I list the 2 that have dramatically depressed my productivity (Apple, Android, Nokia have):
- ActiveSync protocol for email
- Skype
And many other minors, anyway nice to have, like radio and/or other apps not available in Italy.
I think it's enough, isn't it?

If you bought the BlackBerry thinking it had Skype and ActiveSync, someone misled you at the selling point.
BlackBerry certainly did not mislead you.
My advice, get the device that serves your needs best. If Skype is vital to your business, you bought the wrong smartphone.

In fact, I didnt' ask at the selling point because I assumed that BB had that functionalities!
Why it shouldn't have them when ALL ITS COMPETITOR HAVE???
When you buy a car do you ask if it have brakes or lights or wheels? No, you assume it has.
So why should anyone buy a blackberry if it is equal to the other smartphones LESS some important functionalities (at the same price)???
Has BB something more?
