This article was just found on the Blackberry technical Solution Centre, so it is officially supported!
To wipe the Previous IT policy from the HH, you need to have the Desktop manager installed and then run:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research in Motion\Apploader\loader.exe /resettofactory
