How to wipe blackberry data if stolen?

How to erase all the blackberry data if stolen? my blackberry has been stolen when I was travelling in foreign country then the stealer send hoax to all contacts. They told all contact if I sick and need money to do urgent operation >.< is there any way how to block it or erase all the data? Is there any chance Blackberry RIM Canada help us to wipe it? Where I can report it?

Good day

Welcome to BB forums!

You might want to remove your Contact info from "My carrier" click on "My Settings" then click on "Personal Information"

"Contact", I think.

 

I agree,  putting your phone number out on the internet on these public forums for the world to see, is not wise. To change that, at the top of this page click on My Settings > Personal Profile > Personal Information, and in the entry block for "Carrier" type the name of your mobile provider.

Hi Rob. thank for trying to solve my problem. I'm from Indonesia and I don't how to wipe my data on my stolen bb. I didn't install Blackberry Protect. for now I just remember my blackberry pin only. I already report this case at Indonesia blackberry center but they can't do anything.

If you have used or loaded Protect on the stolen device, I am afraid you can not.
