I caint Download Music and Videos anymore

Hi, I'm using 9300. I use download music easy and quickly. But lately I can't do that anymore. When I download my fone become very slow, it doesn't even reach 100% even if it's on 3G network mode. Sometimes it stops on 10%. Then says: failed.

Hello,

There are tons of posts here with your exact situation. Some have reported investigating with their mobile service provider and discovering a cause within the providers network. I recommend you open a formal support ticket with your mobile service provider to have this formally looked into. The more tickets formally opened on this topic, the more likely that the carriers/RIM will do something about it.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

All formal support begins not here in this user-to-user community forum, but rather with your mobile service provider -- "vodacom", according to your profile here. Ring them up for formal assistance. If they cannot help, they can escalate your case up to BlackBerry for enhanced support.
